In the summer we started the new project My Veneers with the two successful dentists Dr. Arzu Tuna and Dr. Umut Baysal. Consultation and preparation of new teeth – How does it work?

The first step is for the patient and the doctors at Myveneers to make an appointment. During the initial consultation in the office, a detailed patient interview is conducted and all techniques and procedures are explained to the client. Then, an initial impression of the teeth is taken, just like at the orthodontist’s office. The profile of the teeth is analysed in detail. A negative is made from the finished profile so that the veneers can be individually shaped and designed for the first test. The work of the dental technician is very precise and delicate. After a few days of waiting (preparation of the dental technician) you meet for the insertion of the first test veneers. They are temporarily placed on the teeth. When looking in the mirror for the first time and seeing the new teeth, there is no end to the laughter. Joy, emotions, a new attitude towards life. Once the patient is satisfied and decides on the new teeth, the final ceramic veneers are created by hand by the dental technician. They are made individually, tooth by tooth, personally for the patient. Back at the practice, the finished veneers are placed in a final session.

Veneers are, as mentioned above, wafer-thin ceramic plates. These are permanently placed over the tooth. We never remove or grind off parts of the tooth. There are no visible transitions. The dental technician also adjusts the tooth colour to the patient’s individual tooth colour during the manufacturing process.
