Let’s now look at off market real estate in detail and start by explaining the definition of off market (“over-the-counter”).
Off Market Definition
In simple terms, off-market (i.e., off-market, or “hidden real estate market”) refers to real estate for sale (it may be land, a home, or commercial property). This means that the agent has not advertised this property. As a result, these properties are not seen by the public, so you have a greater chance of closing a deal if you know how to find them.
