Upgrading, renovation… to new construction

You want to sell an old house that would be too expensive to maintain? Sometimes the chance to directly provide additional living space. This again increases the effectiveness of your floor space. More living space = More rental income. Here, 2 smaller apartment buildings (6 ETW + 3 ETW) become a larger new building with a total of 18 ETW (condominiums); increase + 9 units.

In addition, attention was also paid to future development. Instead of equally distributed 70-90 square meters apartments, there are now respectively:

  • 1 + 2 floor: 4x micro apartment each with ~ 40 sqm
  • 3, 4 + 5 floor: 2x apartments each ~ 80 sqm
