Collection of purchase prices – Collections of purchase prices are compiled by a municipality’s expert committees. They determine data for the valuation of a property, among other things on the basis of standard land values. All entitled interested parties have the right to obtain information about a collection of purchase prices. A notary is obliged to send a copy of each purchase contract of a property to the responsible appraisal committee of a municipality.
