Cancellation permit for the cancellation of a land register right

Deletion authorisation – Before a right entered in the land register can be removed, the person to whom this right belongs must grant a deletion authorisation. This deletion permit can be obtained by the seller or the appointed notary if the claim to which the third party is entitled has been settled.
