Deed of attorney

Power of attorney – A power of attorney, i.e. authorising a person to act on their own behalf, can be issued informally. Real estate purchase contracts must be notarized. For this reason, it is necessary that the authorisation of a third person is also notarised. The registration of the changed circumstances in the land register is only possible under these circumstances. If this is not the case, the representative has no power of representation. A power of attorney can be revoked at any time and the return of the power of attorney document can be demanded.
