Tax coaching by Alex Fischer: Experiences, taxes, grants & Co – Knowledge for your wealth
Experiences from the tax coaching of Alex Fischer – Tax coaching from Alex Fischer: My experiences from over 8 weeks of coaching & live events. All relevant information about taxes when selling property has been prepared in detail. I don’t even know how much I can mention from this small experience report of Alex Fischer’s tax coaching. Nevertheless, I would like to give you a small insight into what you can expect in a tax coaching of this format: in the live events at the beginning and end as well as in the knowledge database. Why? Many entrepreneurs like to push the topic of taxes far away from themselves. Wrong! Taxes are a matter for the boss. Welcome to Alex Fischer’s tax coaching. More about Alex Fischer.

Tip! Have you already read his book “Richer than the Geissens“? A total of 220,000 copies sold so far! Save 29.95 euros, just shipping, order for free: the book by Alex Fischer.
The article is being created almost live, I’m working on the final parts, after that the big closing event will take place at the end of October. That brings us directly to the important questions:
- Why did I do the tax coaching?
- When is tax coaching worth it?
- Who participates in such a coaching?
- What will you learn?
To the question of why I do this tax coaching, there is a clear answer: tax advisors. Like every entrepreneur, I always thought: A tax advisor helps you save taxes. That’s not entirely true. With each passing year, I became aware that only I myself can manage my taxes. I would also like to explain why:

Basic Problem: Tax Consultant Training
Did you know? The training of tax consultants is in the hands of the state. What interest would the state have in training real “tax experts”? None. Every euro that isn’t paid in taxes is lost to the state. Therefore, tax consultants learn what is important for the administration. Tax planning plays no role in tax consultant training. When you look at the exam subjects, you quickly see as an experienced entrepreneur how simplistic the exam is compared to real business life – something I didn’t know until now.
Quick explanation: The exam subjects of the tax consultant exam are set by the Tax Advisory Act (StBerG). If you take a close look at the content of the tax consultant exam, you’ll see how general the subject areas are. These include: business economics and accounting, macroeconomics, as well as income and corporate taxes.
Through the tax coaching by Alex Fischer, an important fact as an entrepreneur became clear to me:
You cannot delegate taxes.
As an entrepreneur, you have the greatest interest in low taxes. Tax advisors are not trained to reduce your taxes to a minimum. Your tax advisor cannot look over your shoulder or go through every contract with you. He or she does not know your actual situation. Therefore, your tax advisor cannot take over the job of tax optimization.
Remember:
Taxes are the employer’s responsibility.
I want to know everything! How do the “Big Ones” structure their taxes?
Solution: Tax coaching from the expert (and his experts)
If you want an overview of topics and various opinions on tax coaching by Alex Fischer, I recommend looking at participant experiences. On the page you will find many interviews with participants.

Alex Fischer, tax expert, and an extremely interesting group of participants (from engineers to AG board members, more on that later). Here’s a first look at the opening of the start event:

Why did I do the AF Tax Coaching?
Learning the tax game is challenging. Yet, it pays off. When comparing all expenses in my companies, the largest item is: taxes. When I heard about “converting taxes into private wealth,” I was hooked. I’ve been following Alex Fischer for quite some time. His knowledge about real estate and finance has already brought me a lot; now I want to literally reach the “next level.” That’s why I applied for the AF Tax Coaching.
As an entrepreneur, whenever I buy more things, I pay taxes for them – increasingly more. Ultimately, taxes are the largest item among my expenses.
Calculate all the charges together, you will be surprised. Why should I optimize small things in business, if I can optimize the big & whole picture? The lever that has the biggest effect on my wealth: taxes.
Purpose and form of acquisition are crucial in determining how purchases are treated for tax purposes. With the knowledge from the tax coaching, you can set up companies and partnerships in a tax-optimized manner.
This means you actively guide the tax planning and, more importantly, you give your tax advisor the right impulses. Or, as Alex says:
Learn the tax game!
What I want: Expert knowledge. His “art” is bringing together different experts and translating their sometimes complicated “tax language” for us. At the live event, I could also question the ideal experts for me with questions. But let’s start with the basics, you probably still don’t know the coaching yet.
Alex Fischer (Opening), live on the speaker’s stage:
At the end of the event: Personal questions, conversations, and even more tips from really, very, very interesting participants. I still have contact with some of them today; even a new project has emerged from the meeting:

Who participates in the coaching?
I have already reported to you about the goal: setting up companies and societies in a tax-optimized way. The content of the tax coaching is one point, another is the community. In parallel to the knowledge, you will meet two more groups of people at two live events:
- Experts from Alex Fischer, whom you would otherwise never be able to consult
- And other participants at a high entrepreneurial level.
The experts ask questions, which I found very pleasant, as this allowed me to pose several specific questions for my companies directly at the start event.
On the other hand, you have the other participants on site who are also very active in business. Keyword: knowledge exchange. Here you meet insider knowledge and valuable contacts, as well as board members, lawyers, master craftsmen, and doctors: apart from the experts, another bonus I was very happy about, as I managed to establish two excellent contacts for my projects on the side.
The two events at the beginning and end of the AF Tax Coaching ensure that the extensive knowledge is permanently anchored in your mind and in your company structure.
As described at the beginning, it is indeed true that you have to apply for the tax coaching. This is no joke, as people are filtered out here. A friend, who is himself in smartphone e-commerce, also wanted to attend the tax coaching, but didn’t yet have the right prerequisites.
This also means that if you are accepted, you will be in good company:
- Entrepreneurs
- Lawyers
- Tax Advisors
- Roofer Masters
- Architects
- Real Estate Investors
- Financial Advisors
- Engineers
- Doctors
- As well as skilled trades such as Bakery Masters, Tilers and Mechanics
- …
The mix of participants and the simultaneously high level of content, expert discussions and participants make the unique combination of the tax coaching. In my experience, unique in Germany. Many of the other participants saw it that way too. You can find a few more opinions about the coaching here: Tax Coaching Experiences.
Engineer, Real Estate Investor, Bakery Master, Karate School Owner, Lawyer… each participant brings a unique set of expertise with them.
After the event: Further expert tips in smaller groups:
Why Alex Fischer? Self-made, seasoned
You’ve already learned a lot about tax coaching in general. Here’s a summary of everything at a glance:
- Start Event (with Alex Fischer and experts)
- Online knowledge database
- Final Event (with Alex Fischer and his experts)
Who is Alex Fischer?
A short introduction to Alex Fischer: He himself is a real estate investor. A self-made one. That’s important to me. Especially when I attend further education and training. As a managing director, I have little time, so I need condensed specialist knowledge.
Whoever has made it on their own knows all the challenges, tips, and tricks.
Those who “only” inherited something often don’t understand the subject in detail. Back to Alex Fischer. Those who follow my blog for a longer time know that I have already reported many times about Alex’s videos as a real estate investor. However, financial structures and taxes are becoming increasingly important for me. That’s why I looked into Alex Fischer’s Next Level Tax Coaching to gain my own experiences.
Here is my little “insider” report!
I’ve already told you a lot about Alex Fischer. For example, about his book “Richer than the Geissens” or his YouTube channel, which now has more than 100,000 followers, focusing on Real Estate and Finance! I can also recommend my article Money, Finance, Cashflow: Experiences of Alex Fischer and of course Real Estate, Taxes & Wealth, in which I also explain how US President Trump legally pays only $750 in taxes or how the Springer boss received a stock package worth almost one billion, and that “largely tax-free”.
If you’re interested in a few key figures, here’s a short biography:
- Alex Fischer has been a real estate investor and entrepreneur for 25 years.
- He has bought, renovated, and resold more than 2,000 apartments in his lifetime.
- He himself owns a private real estate portfolio of 20,000 square meters within and around Düsseldorf.
- He started out as the son of two teachers, with 0 Equity.

Insider Report: Tax Coaching from A to Z
Finance should be handled by professionals. As explained in the preface or introduction, I have been relying on Alex for a long time, as a self-made real estate investor (if you want to know more precisely: millionaire). He knows how to properly combine and structure residential units to achieve the most effective tax rate. Even more important: The coaching doesn’t focus only on real estate owners. It’s about the global topic: taxes.
Already in the first week, there are many individual modules such as “Tax Traps”, “Tax Basics”, and “Types of Tax Planning”.
Structure: 8 Weeks of Course Sessions
8 weeks? Yes, and believe me, you will need them. The tax coaching is packed with so much information that even an experienced managing director can get sweaty. Here are a few details. What do many like? Cars! For example, you will first learn how to taxably utilize your car – without the one percent rule and without having to keep a mileage log. That’s just a very, very small example from the beginning of the tax coaching.
The goal: The more you learn and the better you can organize your company structure, the lower your tax burden and the risk, because your wealth grows automatically through the huge tax savings.
You will also learn how to protect your wealth against insolvency. Additionally, you will learn how to design real estate in a tax-optimized way. You will learn how to optimize inheritance and gift tax, especially from large wealth, so that hardly any taxes become due.
But I don’t want to bore you with my “dry headlines” now.
Is this serious? Is such a tax planning legal?
You’ve probably heard it a few times already: There’s a lot of criticism of online courses – understandable. Why I (among other things) learn from Alex Fischer, I’ve already explained to you in other articles. For example, because he has been publishing YouTube videos about Real Estate, Finance and Taxes for over 5 years. Just with the material you can lock yourself in and learn for weeks. The AF Tax Coaching is for entrepreneurs, self-employed people, freelancers, but also for employees who think entrepreneurially.
It’s not about me trying to sell you the tax coaching. If you want to learn for free, visit Alex Fischer on YouTube. If you, however, have exceeded a “certain” annual income, you know why you need tax planning tips from an expert.
Your tax advisor won’t give them to you – can’t!
If you’re now thinking: “What kind of nonsense is this?”, believe me: It’s 100% true and has nothing to do with dubious design options or shady investments. That’s naturally also part of this coaching, but it’s just one of many small building blocks, says Alex Fischer.
As mentioned before: If you’re admitted to the Member Area here and also get to meet individual members from the community personally at one of the two live events, you’ll know about the quality, not only of the content, but also of the participants. To remind you: These are mainly people with an entrepreneurial mindset, with whom you can have high-level conversations.
Understanding taxes: Steering purpose, subsidies – Example Week 1
If you think that any of these arrangements would be illegal, I can assure you that the opposite is true. Alex Fischer’s online tax coaching does not use any tax loopholes! In this online course, you will specifically learn which subsidies the legislature wants to support.
From Alex Fischer, you will learn that taxes serve not only the purpose of financing the state. There is another purpose:
The so-called steering purpose, in order to direct payment flows to where the state or the EU wants them. In addition, there is the redistribution purpose, which involves redistributing from areas that are not desired to areas that are desired, such as housing construction. Or away from Alcopops, which would be the Alcopop tax, or away from tobacco, which would be the tobacco tax, towards more housing construction and more investments.
Why your tax advisor is more of a “manager” than a “shaper” you will already learn at the beginning of the coaching.
The part “Understanding Taxes” belongs to the module “How the Tax Game Works”. I would so love to tell you more, yet you can already see: content, lots of content.
Insight: Course Start and Tax Planning Introduction
Week 1 in the Tax Coaching, here is an overview of the topics:
- How the tax game works
- Origin & purposes of taxes
- Which taxes generate the highest revenues?
- Tax planning, is it the game…
- Taxes & levies converted into private wealth
- Saving taxes as an employee / self-employed person / entrepreneur
- How an employee can benefit from the tax privileges of a self-employed person…
- …
This is merely the introduction – in the truest sense of the word.
Tax, Entrepreneurship, and Investment Know-How
The big question is: What can we even tell you about the AF Tax Coaching?
First of all, you receive information at a high pace. This means that every new module and each additional lesson expands your tax knowledge in combination with entrepreneurial know-how and the knowledge of a real estate investor. Accordingly, three areas are addressed. Simply “picking out” a few tips from the coaching “like that” would not do justice to the demanding structure of the tax coaching.
But…
This combination of knowledge is incredibly powerful.
The tax coaching is not only about “saving taxes,” but also about the topics:
- Asset Building
- Asset Financing
- Asset Protection
- Asset Transfer
- … and also about investments
In short, you will be able to:
- Build wealth
- Leverage wealth
- Protect wealth
- Transfer wealth
Example: Building Wealth Through Tax Shifting
May we reveal this (legal) trick?
Don’t tell anyone!
Here’s a small example of why simply saving taxes isn’t sufficient and why it’s so important to have comprehensive knowledge about taxes, entrepreneurship, and investments:
Did you know that you can build a small fortune with the help of tax shifting?
In the online knowledge database, Alex Fischer explains the following:
“I used to think that tax shifting was just a ‘nice tool’ to use when you weren’t so liquid. But in reality, tax shifting in Germany is an incredibly powerful accelerator for building wealth.”
If you shift your tax burden in order to save money and make private expenditures, that’s obviously not the right approach.
If you invest the money in your business, that’s already not wrong.
But it becomes really interesting when you use the free liquidity from the tax shift to use this money as equity for an investment that:
- Is mainly financed by the bank,
- Generates a lucrative return
- Saves you a lot of taxes in addition.
One of his friendly tax experts always says: “Properly used tax shifts in Germany are the license to print money.”

I could now tell you more about the other participants and their experiences. But as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.
