Action for annulment – By means of an action for annulment, a condominium owner may challenge a resolution of the condominium owners’ meeting and have it declared invalid by the court. The special feature of this action is that it directly changes the legal situation due to the elimination of the legal effects. The action for annulment must be brought within one month of the resolution being passed and must be substantiated within two months.
