The villa stands within Boavista Golf & Spa Resort, one of the established residential and golf communities of Lagos. Town, beach, restaurants and shops are each about five minutes by car, the golf course just two. Lagos itself is known for its historic centre, marina and beaches.

The house is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, a bright entrance hall leads into the open-plan living and dining area with a fully fitted Miele kitchen; large openings connect directly to the sunny terrace. An office, a shower room and access to the lift and staircase complete this level. The first floor holds two generous double bedrooms, including the master bedroom, a family bathroom, an en-suite shower room and a single bedroom currently used as an office.

The lower level opens onto the garden and pool area. It provides two further suites, one currently used as a gym, a second fully equipped Miele kitchen with dining area, and a large double garage with laundry facilities. The airport is about 60 minutes away by car.
