The entrance level holds a 100 m² open-plan living and dining area with fireplace and kitchen, a guest cloakroom and the 51 m² principal suite; floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the pool terrace. The first floor holds a 41 m² second lounge and office with a 75 m² terrace. The lower level comprises four guest suites, a games and TV room and a laundry room.

The rectangular saltwater pool measures 9.70 x 5 metres and is heated by a heat pump. The gardens are landscaped with indigenous trees, mature olive trees and native plants, a low-maintenance setting that blends into the surrounding landscape. The villa is equipped with a smart home system, water-based underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning in the false ceiling. Hot water comes from solar (five panels) and a heat pump, and the electrical system includes twelve panels. Double-glazed windows, electric blackout blinds and built-in wardrobes add to the comfort. The 80.65 m² garage takes at least three vehicles and has an electric-vehicle charging point. The resort has a reception; the airport is about 60 minutes away by car.
