The villa stands in Vale da Lama, a sought-after part of Lagos, within a small, quiet residential neighbourhood of around three dozen villas. The plot lies outside the resort's condominium structure yet overlooks the golf course, without condominium fees. Views extend over Meia Praia, the Alvor estuary and the Atlantic, which lies about 1,200 metres away as the crow flies. Tides and daylight change the scene throughout the day.

The house was built in 2005 and fully renovated in 2023, with a new roof, skylight, air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and windows, among other upgrades. It offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a guest WC across 193 m² of living space. The L-shaped living and dining area flows into the modern open-plan kitchen, complemented by a built-in fireplace. A striking staircase leads to the lower level with a TV and family room, an optional additional bedroom, laundry room, storage areas, sauna and gym. Tropical wooden floors run throughout.

Two solar panels heat the water, with gas backup, and fibre internet delivers 400 Mb/s. The house faces south. The beach and golf course are each a 3-minute drive away, restaurants and bars 5 minutes, town and shops 7 minutes, and the airport about 50 minutes. The final section of the access road (1,500 m) is scheduled to be tarmacked shortly.
