The house stands in a quiet part of Jelsa on the island of Hvar. The town centre and the main waterfront promenade are only a few minutes away on foot, while the immediate surroundings remain calm. From the house and its terraces, the view opens over the sea, the harbour and the town. The detached building is ready to move into and suits family living as well as letting to holiday guests.

The building is arranged over three levels. The ground floor holds a 47 m² garage and a 12 m² storage room. The first floor is home to a large apartment with a spacious living room and kitchen, complemented by an 8 m² summer kitchen and a small 5 m² storage room. The second floor contains two separate apartments, each with an 18 m² living room with kitchen, an 8.5 m² bedroom, a 4 m² bathroom and its own terrace. The first-floor apartment comes with a large 36 m² terrace, which adjoins the summer kitchen. The two apartments on the second floor each have their own terrace overlooking Jelsa and the sea.
