The main villa uses 102 solar panels with battery storage (5 x 16 kW), the second villa 30 panels that can be connected to a battery back-up system. Water comes from the mains and from several boreholes. The grounds are fenced and secured with electric gates and video surveillance; the property can be reached by a 12-metre horse and hay truck.
