The building envelope is designed for thermal efficiency: thermal brick in the external walls, 8 cm polystyrene insulation on walls and roof, and electric aluminium patio doors with 8 mm + 8 mm low-E glazing. Underfloor heating on all floors and LG VRV air conditioning in the bedrooms, bathrooms and living and dining areas provide comfort. Bathrooms feature Italian tiling or equivalent with mosaic combinations and Grohe mixers. The purchase qualifies for permanent residency; according to the seller, no VAT or transfer fees apply, as the villa is held by a company.
