The beaches of Alvor and Portimão as well as international schools are close by, and the airport can be reached in roughly 45 minutes by car.

The house is laid out on a single level and offers 240 m² of living space. Its centrepiece is the open-plan living and dining area of around 50 m², which opens onto the terrace and pool area. Large double-glazed PVC windows by REHAU and electric shutters bring in plenty of daylight. The kitchen is fitted with Electrolux appliances. Four bedrooms each have their own bathroom, two further guest bathrooms complete the layout, and built-in wardrobes provide storage.

Outside, a terrace and a garden belong to the 1,670 m² plot. The pool area adjoins the living space directly.
