Lighting and electric shutters can be controlled via Alexa or smartphone, and a combined alarm and camera system is installed. A dedicated room houses the pool and irrigation timers. The lower level, formerly the garage, is now a large games room with pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, gym equipment and a television area. Golf, restaurants and shops are one minute away by car, town and beach five, the airport 25. The orientation is south and west.
