The plot measures 636 m². Indoor and outdoor areas merge seamlessly: the terrace appears to float above the landscape, and beyond it the infinity pool traces the horizon. From here the Atlantic accompanies the view, and in the evening the sun sets behind La Gomera. The terrace and pool form the centre of the outdoor area and invite time spent outside. The resort is characterised by immaculate gardens, which give it a calm, open character.

A closed private garage belongs to the house. The resort is guarded around the clock and offers property management services.
