Electricity comes from a photovoltaic system with 60 panels and 18 kW, complemented by a battery pack; hot water is produced by solar power and a heat pump. Two carport spaces with an electric vehicle charging point and a closed garage are available. A combined alarm and camera system and internet are in place.
