There is a lot of different work that needs to be done before a house or apartment can be sold or rented. More: <a href="https://lukinski.com/renting/">renting guide</a>. While the shell of the house is finished, the interior work is just getting started. Many different jobs still need to be done to make a house habitable by our standards. Craftsmen from different areas will visit the construction site one by one, have to be instructed and their work has to be controlled. Due to this extent, the interior work is one of the most important elements in the overall calculation.</p>
