<p>The largest downtown area in Saudi Arabia, &#8220;New Murabba&#8221; has impressive architecture and a lively atmosphere. Originally built in the early 20th century to house government officials and their families, it is now a major hub in Saudi Arabia. There are many examples of Islamic architecture to see, including the iconic King Abdulaziz Historical Center. In addition to stores and restaurants, there are also many cultural events such as music and art installations.</p>

<h3>&#8220;The Mukaab&#8221; is presented: 2030 completion.</h3>
<p>The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has unveiled &#8220;The Mukaab,&#8221; a 400-meter tall, wide and long indoor super city in downtown Riyadh. With enough space for 20 Empire State Buildings, the project is to be financed by the PIF and become a new global symbol for technology, sustainability, mobility and Saudi innovation.</p>
<p>&#8220;The Mukaab&#8221; is at the center of the broader New Murabba development project launched by Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the prime minister and chairman of the New Murabba Development Company (NMDC). The Riyadh Giga project is scheduled to open in 2030.</p>

Although many people consider burning wood to be more expensive and more harmful to the environment, it is actually the exact opposite. <p>This method of heating is environmentally friendly because of the neutral CO2 balance that results from the fact that the wood does not emit more carbon dioxide during combustion than the tree absorbs during its lifetime. The attic of a house often has sloping ceilings. Depending on the ceiling height, part of their area is included in the calculation of the living space. The difference between this and the attic is that the attic is habitable, not largely used for storage, and also in any case there are stairs and not a fold-out ladder. From a certain size, the attic is then also considered a regular full floor and then also has good insulation in the vast majority of cases. It can therefore easily be converted into a bedroom or even an entire attic apartment and furnished according to your ideas just like a normal floor. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Monument protection &#8211; A monument protection is a legally defined protection of a building, which is awarded based on certain criteria. These are besides the age, the architecture or the historical significance. From when a property is listed, is sometimes not directly comprehensible, so they should always inquire as a buyer of a potentially listed house in advance at the building authority about the respective status. Should they become the new owner of the property, they should be aware that they will need to have any structural alterations or renovations checked and approved. Listed building status comes with obligations, such as maintaining the monument or building. They take on these obligations as soon as they buy the property. However, they should also bear in mind that they can apply for a grant from the KFW or the German Foundation for Monument Protection for the maintenance of the listed property. The maintenance is in any case controlled by the competent monument protection authority. The preservation order can only be lifted if you can provide the authority with good reasons why the property is no longer worth preserving. The exact criteria for monument protection vary from federal state to federal state. In NRW, for example, the requirements are different from those in Bavaria or Saxony.
